CHANDIGARH: The Khalistan Commando Force has owned responsibility for the killing of former Akali legislator Balwant Singh Sarhal for trying to cause a political setback to Sikh militants and was close to Amarinder Singh. The K.C.F. also owned responsibility for eliminating Kehar Singh Bilga a Congress (I) leader of Jalandhar district for joining the electoral game the organization decided to appoint Bhai Pargat Singh as its Lt. Gen and asked the public to cooperate with him.
