Before any dialogue starts with the government of India, Mr. Gandhi must show his sincerity by: 1. Releasing all detainees, including the armed forces personnel, who rebelled against the government.

  1. Allowing independent International tribunal (Amnesty International or another unbiased group of lawyers) along with Sikh representatives to go to Punjab and hold a meaningful investigation into the role of government of India towards Sikhs since 1947 and specif3. Punish all those responsible for desecrating Sikh Gurdwaras especially Armed Forces Chief, Police and politicians.
  2. Punish all those guilty for brutalities, mass murders, rapes and looting of Sikh properties.
