LONDON: Polish president Lech Walesa may visit India in the near future.
The invitation to visit India was renewed to Walesa by Indian high commissioner L M Singhvi when the latter called on him at Windsor castle during the Polish President’s official visit here on April 24.
Walesa had earlier accepted an invitation to visit India when he was a trade union leader.
According to Singhji the Polish president expressed admiration for India’s pluralism and it’s constitutional system. India was an outstanding example in the world of a stable constitution system.
