RAJIV NAGAR: The TNCC (I) leaders attending the AICC (I) plenary session here will press for are solution banning Sri Lankan militant group LTTE In India.

Several party leaders said that demand for a ban on LTTE was a top priority issue and they would like session to take a decision.

They said center had been delaying ban on LTTE for reasons known to it adding that Congress (I) men in Tamil Nadu had been agitated over delay.

The group they said had been responsible for introducing gun culture in state culminating in assassination of former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi.

Leaders of factions owing allegiance to TNCC (I) chief K.Ramamurthy and former AICC (I) general secretary G.K. Moonpanar pointed out that delay in taking a decision on issue was causing concern.
