As per resolution passed by the Executive Committee and approved by the Chairman, dated September 15 1985, regarding your participation in the physical assault on S. Gurdey Singh Bal and Pt. Shiv Dutt, you have been suspended from entering the Gurdwara premises and any Gurdwara organized function, for a period of six months, effective immediately.
The resolution was further approved by the Board of Directors in a special meeting held on September 21 1985, with a directive to the President and General Secretary to write to you this letter asking for your response by October 20, 1985. If you ignore or do not respond or provide unsatisfactory answers to the allegations regarding the above mentioned assault, then the suspension notice will continue.
May we therefore request you to kindly get in touch with us to resolve this issue to the satisfaction of all concerned by October 20th 1985.
