By Our Hockey Correspondent SAN JOSE, CA: More than half a dozen teams are expected to compete against each other in the 2nd Guru Gobind Singh hockey tournament, which gets underway at the Independence High School here.

The tournament will bully off on Saturday September 2nd at 2:00 pm in the afternoon, when traditional rivals San Jose Khalsa (white) takes on Huntington Beach Club from L.A. Amongst the participating teams are two entries by San Jose Khalsa white and blue. Two teams from LA area, the L.A. Tigers and Hunnigton Beach Club. Also included are the star studded Yuba Brothers from Yuba City. Another team from the Bay Area is the Hayward Club in Hayward. Four matches will be played on Saturday and on the concluding day Sunday September 3rd seven matches are expected to be played including the finals. A keen fight is expected amongst the teams and this correspondent expects the San Jose teams blue and white to lift the cup.
