TARN TARAN: Mr Gurcharan Singh an Independent candidate contesting from the Naushehra Panuan Vidhan Sabha seat has decided to retire in favor of Mr Ranjit Singh Brahampura the Akali Dal (M) candidate.
Mr Gurcharan Singh said the killing of candidates had forced him to take the decision.
