CHANDIGARH: The Punjab and Haryana High Court has struck down the appointment of a lecturer in SGGS College, Sector 26 and passed strictures against Mr. Bharpur Singh, its former principal, for tampering with the recommendations of the selection ‘committee in order to appoint a particular candidate.
