NEW DELHI: India Wednesday declined comments on the recent elections in Pakistan but said it had seen reports of a SAARC observer group’s allegations of unfair poll practices.

An external affairs ministry spokesman said the elections in Pakistan were an internal matter of that country and it was for Islamabad to deal with the allegations of rigging in the October 24 polls.

The spokesman said a French observer group had made a similar allegation of unfair poll practices in Pakistan.
