CHANDIGARH, India: The government is yet to find a person or an institution who is willing to undertake’ the celebration of 3rd death anniversary of Sant Harchand Singh Longowal, Akali Dal (L), is practically a defunct organization and has lost its credibility to hold such a function. Dr. Gumam Singh “Tir” a leader of this faction made an appeal to the people and the government to organize this function on August 20 but so far there is hardly any response from any quarter.
