KAPURTHALA, India: Some unidentified gunmen killed Assistant Commandant of C.R.P.F. Mr. Paramjit Singh and Mr. Dinesh Kumar, a leader of Sanatam Dharam Sabha on August 13. The assailants escaped taking the advantage of darkness; these killings took place at two different places.
