NEW DELHI (PTI): The recently abduction and torture of a senior Indian diplomat in Pakistan had caused an unprecedented escalation in tension in bilateral relations India’s minister of state for external affairs Eduardo Faleiro said here June 8.

During official-level with visiting New Zealand deputy Prime Minister Don Mckinnon the minister said Pakistan’s up port to terrorism and subversion in India had been the principal obstacle in the normalization process.

Faleiro sent to Mckinnon a set of documents concerning the situation on the Indo-Pak border.
