At 175 Ibs, Dalbir Johal (275 Ibs) had better of Kulwinder Mann (265) and in the open group Sulakhan Singh (300 Ibs) and match Satnam Singh lifted 310 Ibs. Athletics

The weather too cooperated and it was nice and cool most of the time. The participants and spectators behaved in a very cordial manner. The Bogue Road Gurdwara has set a trend, which can only get better and better.
