KULWANT SINGH BHANGOO is the General Secretary of Mid Houston Sikh Cultural Society, Fishkill.
He originally belongs to V. Khaltran, Distr. Ludhiana. His father S. Jagat Singh Bhangoo was the most popular personality of the area.
Mr. Bhangoo got BSc. (Agri) from P b. Agricultural University, Ludhiana, in 1972. He graduated in Computer Technology from New York University in 1976 and now he is working as an engineer at LBM. East Fish New York
Mr. Bhangoo is highly respected amongst the Sikh community for his dedication and commitment.
