LONDON, England: Khalsa College London celebrated its 2nd graduation ceremony and annual function with great pomp and show. It was a very spectacular event. The College’s music, dance and drama departments presented a very colourful variety and cultural programme of more than two hours duration.

 More than 80 college students participated in this programme of folk and classical dances, folk music and modern drama. The function was divided into three parts. The first part was the variety programme, the second part was the award distribution ceremony and the third part was the dinner.

More than 850 people attended the function. His Worship the Mayor of the London Borough of Brent presided the function. Other dignitaries who attended the function were Lady Mayors of Brent, Deputy Mayor and Deputy Mayors of Brent, Rt. Hon. Sir Rhodes Boyson, MP, Hon. Robert Hughes, MP. Councilors of the Boroughs of Brent, Harrow and Ealing, Justice Mota Singh, the officers of the seven London Boroughs’ education departments, members of the press and T.V.

The College Principal Dr. S.S, Kapoor in his annual report highlighted the progress of the college in the last two and a half years.
