New Delhi — The additional chief metropolitan magistrate, Mr. S. L. Khanna, on Friday rejected the second bail application of Kehar Singh, an uncle of Indira Gandhi’s slain assassin Beant Singh and extended the judicial remand of Satwant Singh, Balbir Singh and Kehar Singh.
Delivering the order in Central Jail, Tihar, and Mr. Khanna observed the prima facie that there was no doubt that the accused has entered into criminal conspiracy along with others to murder the former prime minister.
