CHANDIGARH, India: The Anti-Repression Coordination Committee of Punjab ‘which went into the killings of the 10 Sikh youths in Dehra Baba Nanak sector, has submitted its report to Mr. AS, Bains, the retired Judge of Punjab and Haryana High Court who is the chairman of the Committee. The press note of the Committee says that the enquiry has found that the killings were the result of a deep rooted conspiracy by the Security Forces to eliminate all militant youths and terrorize the people living in the border districts. The Committee decided to organize a convention at Jullundur on Oct. 5.
