CHANDIGARH, India: Mr. Shamsher Singh Josh, a former CPI(M) MLA of Punjab, died following a brief illness at Kharar in District Ropar. Mr. Josh, was twice elected to the State legislative assembly and was editor of the Punjabi paper Punjabi-Patrika.
