NEW DELHI: The two day trials for selecting the Indian Hockey Team for the seven nation BMW tournament starting at Amstelveen (Holland) on June 1 6 ended in the country’s capital Wednesday.
For the second consecutive day, the probable went through their paces at the Shivaji stadium in two sessions, in the morning and evening National coach Jhamanial Shamra, confirmed the Indian Hockey Federation secretary Gursewak Singh’s statement of Tuesday that the team would be announced on Thursday.

For the last spot, the IHF is reportedly considering taking an umpire instead of 8 doctor for whom the federation 1s said 10 have reached an arrangement with an Indian physician settled in West Germany.
