CHANDIGARH, India, Reuter, and May 8: Gunmen attacked a tribal marriage celebration in Northern India, killing at least 13 people and wounding 13 others, police said on Sunday.

The attack on Saturday evening was the first this month in Hindu majority Haryana, which borders the Sikh-dominated state of Punjab,

The gunmen opened fire on members of the Nomadic Sansi tribe who had pitched camp in Panipat city for the wedding.
