JAIPUR: Goa will host the Santosh Trophy football championship from December 10 to 26 according to Mr., PR Das Munshi president of All India Football Federation (AIFF) here.
Daring a flying visit to this city, Mr. Das Munshi said the west zonal torments which was earlier allotted to Goa, will now be hosted by Rajasthan.
Mr. Das Munshi accompanied by Mr. Mool Chand Chowhan, president of Rajasthan State Sports Council and Mr. J.S. Gehlot president of Rajasthan Olympic Association visited the Sawai Man Singh Stadium to study the facilities available for conducting the west 2one championship which would include four teams Goa, Maharashtra, Gujarat and Rajasthan.
