Dear Editor,
This endemic torture of Sikhs in police detention centers, summary excintions, death squads, disappearances, escape from police custody reporting, burning of Sikh archives are forms of genocide. The free world governments, media and Human Rights organizations talk about “Ethnic cleansing,” rape of Muslim women in Busnia, slaughter of kurds, the massacres of tribals in Bangladesh and Human Rights violations in Burma and China, while almost ignoring the plight of Sikhs in India.
Today, worldwide more than 99% of the terrorism is committed by the governing states either directly or through their hired gangsters, yet they shamelessly blame tiny number of individual, without bringing justice and freedom – to their citizens who suffer endlessly. The torture killing of freedom fighters, the police and army bullets, the government attacks on religious shrines of the minorities, and branding innocent people as terrorists, and probing up touts and traitors to make forced settlements of issues will not achieve any permanent peace for any government
The most popular and plausible argument against any sensible solution is the present perception of Indian rulers and fanatic majority community. As far as the international campaigning for rights of political prisoners in India, it is highly irrelevant in a word of tyrannical rulers and biased and impotent human rights commissions of the U.N. The united nations human rights commission is like robbers guarding the bank.
The Sikh history is witness to the fact that in spite of the worst repression, no rulers ever were able to subjugate and enslave Sikhs in the past, and Sikhs will not allow the current compress regime to enslave Sikh nation.
Work history tells us that repressiot will not pay in the long run. The government of India should ne to its senses and negotiate the freedom of Khalsa Nation. That has sacrificed their all, for the freedom of those are enslaving Sikhs now. For any lasting peace this settlement has to be with the struggling Sikh nation and not with any will the cruel and fanatic rulers of India show enough sense and courage to opt for a negotiated settlement of freedom of Khalistan? To save India, freedom of Khalistan is the only solution, that will bring peace and prosperity to the Indian subcontinent
