ZURICH, REUTER — The draw for the 1988 Olympic soccer finals will ‘take place in Seoul on June 8, the International Football Federation (FIFA) said.
A FIFA statement said that none of the 16 qualifiers for the final rounds would be seeded for the draw.
3-Group tournament will open on the first day of the games, September 17, with first-round matches in Kwangju, Pusan, Taegu and Trejon. ;
Seoul’s main stadium will host one of the semifinals on September 27, the playoff for third place three days later and the final on October 1.
Pusan will be the venue for the first semifinal, also on September 27.
