NEW DELHE; Ms Dilshad Sheikh, sister of Indian film star Feroz Khan Wednesday denied that she was having a relationship with Pakistan prime minister Nawaz Sharif.
She had never met Nawaz Sharif anywhere and never seen him in person and had never talked to him or communicated with him in any manner, she said in a notice to a newspaper which carried the report recently alleging her involvement with Sharif
Cine actor, Akbar Khan, another brother of Ms. Sheikh, told newsmen that the report had caused distress to the family.
Khan also circulated a copy of a letter by Pakistan high commissioner to India, Abdul Sattar, denying as baseless, allegations in the report that he had “warned Islamabad” to the effect that Ms. Sheikh was an agent of Research and Analysis Wing (RAW).
