David Inder Singh Dhillon, Mayor of El Centro was overwhelming re-elected for his third, four year term in office.

Dhillon, age 31 took office at age 23, but now represents one of the most experienced voices in the Imperial Valley Community.

“Tam very proud of all our prior achievements as a community, and even more excited about what the future brings, both in positive growth and opportunity for all, as well as the difficult challenges to be faced in crime and other areas growing cities must face.”

In the next four years, I hope to continue to serve all the people well, explore the possibilities of higher office, and make a trip to India. I also hope to visit the entire United States and Canadian Sikh communities, and visit with and motivate our Sikh youth.

Mr. Dhillon offers an invitation to the entire Sikh community to visit E! Centro, and to Jet him know if he could be a service. David Just asks that he is given plenty of notice.

It is important to note that David Inder Singh Dhillon is the longest standing United States elected official of the Sikh heritage in our history, and he will be adding to this by serving four more years.
