NEW DELHI: India’s famous Dalit leader B.R. Ambedkar will be posthumously awarded the Bharat Ratna the highest decoration on April 14. The Janata Dal Govt intention seems to be pandering to Ambed karities and Dalit groups who have emerged as a force to reckon with in several states.
