Amritsar: the district magistrate of Amritsar issued orders under section 124 CRPC extending his earlier order for another two months until January 31 prohibiting the use of motorcycles scooters and motors, from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. daily throughout the district except area of Municipal Corporation. The other order prohibiting the movement of all buses in the district from 7 p.m. to 4.a.m. in the district except in the limits of Municipal Corporation where these will apply up to 9 p.m.
