From hot Kenya (Africa) to Snow land (Alaska) was a unique experience for Bhambra’s. He started his career as air craft mechanic in Alaska in 1974.
In 1984 he came to Stockton. This was the time when Sangat of Stockton was organizing themselves and raising a voice against the Government of India’s attack on Darbar Sahib Golden Temple. He joined the stream. After working sometime at Lodi he joined as Director of Maintenance at Concord Airport. All his education was in Kenya and England. He has been active in sports also.
His wife Narinder Bhambra comes from devoted Panthic family of Tanzania. Her father has been President of Gurdwara for more years than we can count. Bhambra’s have cute intelligent son and daughter.
