NEW DELHI: Contrary to expectations the new Govt has not withdrawn the Shahadra bomb blast case against UAD-M MP elect. Atinderpal Singh and 5 others, chief prosecutor R.K. Khanna told the court that the Delhi Administration had not received any instructions for the withdrawal of charges. The special court judge MA Khan extended the judicial remand of the accused till Jan 15 after in camera proceeding under heavy security in Tihar jail.
