CHANDIGARH — SGPC member was among six persons who were shot dead by some unknown gunman, while one person was injured at Patti in a shootout. According to a news report two persons, who were riding on a scooter shot dead one Mohinder Pal near Dhariwal, in Gurdaspur district. Some unknown gunmen shot dead one SGPC member Sant Singh at Kharar. Mr. Sant Singh, who belonged to Tohra Faction, was sitting in a shop while he was shot at by some gunmen. Sant Singh is the second SGPC member, to have gunned down during this week. Earlier Mr. Arjan Singh was shot dead at Village Sirhali Khurd near Patti on Tuesday night.
