NEW DELHI (PTI): As many as 430 aspirants have so far filed nominations for filling seven parliamentary (Lok Sabha) and 17 assembly vacancies in 13 states by-elections for which will be held on May 26 Premier Rao’s Congress-l announced the candidature of Surya Prakash Reddy son of Andhra Pradesh chief minister K. Vijay Bhaskar Reddy for the Kurnool Lok Sabha seat in the southern state. So far 120 aspirants have filed their papers for the bye elections
