OTTAWA; The past president of the young liberals of Canada has been honored with an appointment to the staff of the Prime Minister, This is the first time a Sikh has been given this position, Mr. Chahal, who lives in Calgary is a graduate of the prestigious, Lon- don School of Economics and holds an LL B degree from that University.
