SRINAGAR: Another important Indian Officer was kidnapped by teh Kashmir militants on Tuesday. A branch manager of the New India Insurance Company was not available to the Indian intelligence agencies. No militant organization claimed responsibility for the abduction. Already the militants have in their possession a top Indian officer Doraiswamy of the Indian Oil Corporation whom they would release only if certain militants were set free by the Indian govt.
