Bhai Amarpal Singh Dakora, Badesi, attained Shabidi (Martyrdom) by consuming cyanide after he was surrounded by police and army in Jammu. He was in service to free the Sikh nation the last 10 years. Bhai Amarpal Singh was born and raised in village Dakoha, Jallundher in Khalistan. He was an only brother of seven sisters. He was a faithful Sikh from childhood and joined the nation’s war at an early age. Soon he was member of A.I.S.S.F. (now Sikh Student Federation) Executive committee under Bhai Amrik Singh’s presidency. He was very close to Saint Jamnail Singh and fought along with him during the nefarious Blue Star operation’s attack on Darbar Sahib by the Indian government. He was declared dead during the action by the Indian government while he slipped away along with others He was a soldier with his one foot in Rabale (Bridal) and served brilliantly in many actions.

He was serving the Khalistan nation under the command of Bhai Daljit Singh (member Panthik Committee) and Bhai Gurjant Singh Budhsinghwala (K.L.F.). His actions were top rated and successful and he was well liked by all Khalsa fighters. General Bhai Budhsinjhwala used to call him “Gen “of the Khalsa nation. He was also known by another name: Hiva Singh.

He was a perfect Sikh soldier he had full faith in Gurbani and performed Kirtan with enthusiasm. He always sang this Hymn by Kabin Ji in Guru Granth sahib. “Kabin I accept death with spiritual happiness while world is afraid to die, thru death one attains perfect eternal happiness.”

Bhai Amarpal Singh Badesi’s blood will not go in waste, the Sikh nation will keep on fighting for human, fundamental nights and war will go on till Khalistan, Sikhs and Akal Takhat are free again.
