OTTAWA: A banquet meeting Organized by the World Sikh Organization was held on June 41992 on The Parliament House in Ottawa to pay homage to the Martyrs of Sake Akal Takhat 84.
One hundred fifty people from across Canada attended this commemoration and included several Parliamentarians also one important fact pointed out by guest.
Speaker was that in 1919 The English government in India Originally planned to drop bombs on a gathering ay Jallianwala Bag in Amritsar.
They changed their mind and instead fired at the gathering killing Several hundred innocent people The reason for not to drop bombs was that if by mistake a bombs fell on Darbar Sahib the Sikhs would never forgive the English and which would result in the quick end of English rule in India. So they restrained from this foolishness
It is ironical that tyrant widow Indira and her Hindu government were dumb enough to foolishly attack Golden Temple with Army tanks
This act of cowardice deceit and ungrateful destruction of India for good. This is the only way out from the Slavery and oppressive Tule from Delhi.
