NEW DELHI: Akali leaders Simranjit Singh Mann, Gurcharan Singh Tohra and Parkash Singh Badal along with four other Akali workers were arrested by the Delhi police this morning when they are planning to meet the secretary-general of the United Nations who came here on a brief visit, They had prepared a memorandum wo be presented to the secretary general on the Sikh issue. The memorandum sought the help of the United Nations for Sikhs in the same way as this world organization felt for the Kurds of Iraq. The tree Akali leaders were released after two months of detention only last week. The latest round of sues is have been made under sections 107, 151 of Cr. P.C (maintenance of peace).
