BANGALORE: Why the rulers are becoming so harsh on Bangarappa? Even after the poor fellow was dismissed as Chief Minister of Karnataka his troubles have not ended (DV edit, Dec.1, 1992: Bangarappa Victim of Brahminical conspiracy), CBI raided his house here on April 7 and a “corruption” case is booked against him and Bangarappa described his victimization as a political witch-hunt. Why the Backward Caste Bangarappa, Karnataka’s most powerful leader, is targeted by the ruling class? Because he is planning to quit the Congress Party and launching his own party of BCs/SCs and Muslims which means the fall on the Moily rabber siamp Congress Govt. Hence all these hurried efforts to block his exit in the interest of saving the country’s original Brahminical party. But India’s free press will not say all this.
Meanwhile, no similar steps are planned against the notorious RK Hegde who is convicted again by the Supreme Court in 4 major corruption cases, why? Everybody knows the answer.
