CHANDIGARH, India: ‘Mr. Ujjager Singh, Mr, Mangat Rai Agnihotri and Mr. KS. Bhalla, former District Session judge were sworn in as judges of Punjab and Haryana High Court at an impressive ceremony in the premises of the High court. The ‘oath was administered by Chief Justice, Mr. H.N Seth.
