VANCOUVER Canada: Madukeshwari of Manuushi squarely blamed the government of India for pushing Punjab to the brink of a civil war. Speaking to large congregations at Gurdwara Ross Street and Guru Nanak Sikh Temple, Surrey, she also dis closed that some quarters even discouraged her from addressing the Sikh congregations. “It would amount to committing suicide”, they warned her.
