CHANDIGARGH : AISSF, ‘organized rallies in some parts of the Punjab to protest against the death sentences to Satwant Singh and two others, The Secretary of Federation, Mr. Mohinder Singh Sandhu told newsmen at Ami tsar that the students held rallies at Sarhali, Khadoo, Nawakot and at Amritsar, A Punjab Roadways bus and a private car were damaged by students of Guru Nanak Polytechnic on Gill Road, Ludhiana while they were protesting against this verdict at Ludhiana. Traffic on the road was blocked for a while the closure of shops in Rama Mandi in Jullunder cantonment to protest against the verdict.
