PATIALA: Five militant outfits have claimed responsibility for the bomb blasts in two clubs at Chandigarh on Nov 16.
According to a statement issued here by Bhai Dharam Singh Babbar, a meeting of the militants was held at a “secret” place at Patiala, which was attended by Bhai Sukhdev Singh Babbar, Bhai Paramjit Singh Panjwar, Bhai Gurjant Singh Budhsinghwala, Bhai Daljit, Singh and many activists of the BIFK.
