NEW DELHI: India said that there was no attack from its side across the line of control in Kel sector of Kashmir as claimed by the Pakistan defence ministry.
A defence ministry spokesman said stray incidents of firing had occurred sometime back. He said there was no causalities.
The spokesman also denied Pakistan’s claims that the Indian forces had used heavy artillery and mortars.
Earlier Pakistan had claimed that its forces had on Sunday, “repulsed” an Indian attack across the line of actual control in Kashmir and “inflicted causalities on the intruders
