CHANDIGARH: Every eighth male adult in Chandigarh is a boozer says a study conducted by the Department of Psychiatry of the PGI some time ago.
The study further revealed that 75 percent of adult males drink.
Alcohol, heroin and cannabis continue be major things of addiction in this part of the country.
