NEW DELHI: Five nations including India will participate in the 1st Federation Cup International Archery tournament to be held at the capital’s Karnial Singh Stadium from April 15t0 20.
In his first sports function after becoming Prime Minister Vishwanath Pratap Singh, will inaugurate the tournament on April 15 in which the other participating countries are Bhutan, Singapore, Yugoslavia and China.
Dr. Vijay Kumar Malhotra, MP and President of the Archery Association of India (AAD) said at a press conference here today that hosts India will field as Many as eight teams’ three men, two junior men, two women and one junior ‘women. There will also be two individual participants.
