FREMONT: The bhog for the Akhand Path in everlasting memory of Subedar Joginder Singh Purewal (77) will be held at the Gurdwara here on April 1, 1990.
Subedar Joginder Singh passed away Shankar village in district Jalandhar on November 19, 1989. He suffered kidney failure. After a distinguished 37 years in the Indian army, he had helped for over a year at the Fremont Gurdwara.
He is survived by Mrs. Gurbachan Kaur Purewal, four sons and two daughters and thirteen grandchildren.
