NEW DELHI, India: Commenting on frequent report: of intruders from Pakistan being killed or arrested by security forces on Punjab border which are attributed to official sources, a Pakistani Embassy spokesman said here on Thursday that it has no evidence that Pakistani nationals are being killed or arrested. Each time a report appears in the paper, the Embassy writes to the government to provide particulars of identification in order to confirm whether, the persons concerned are Pakistani nationals or not. So far more than fifty such requests have been made but no response has been received from the government of India, a press note released by the Embassy stated.
It was also disclosed that no report of a missing person was lodged with any of the police stations in Pakistan.
