CHANDIGARH India: Mrs. Bimal Kaur Khalsa, President of the Shiromani Istri Akali Dal was arrested under section 107 and 151 of the C_R.P.F. by the Mohali police from her residence in Mohali. She was later taken to Patiala jail. Her three young children have to fend for themselves in the absence of their mother.
