NEW DELHI, India: Mr. Vinod Kumar Dixit, Finance Secretary of U.P. government was found dead in the toilet of air condition coach at New Delhi railway station few days ago. The victim was the husband of Union Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs, Mrs. Shiela Dixit. He was the only son of veteran Congress (I) leader and West Bengal Governor Uma Shanker Dixit.
Dixit was travelling from Luck now to New Delhi in Luck now Mail in an A.C.C. two tier coach. In the early moving he went to the toilet but did not come out. The railway employees at the New Delhi railway station found the door of the toilet bolted from inside and the door was ultimately broken open and the body of Dixit was found in half naked position.
