Srinagar: Following near rout of Congress (1) in Jammu and Kashmir, Farooq Abdulla has demanded his restoration as the State’s Chief Minister. The decisive victory of his National Conference Party in the Parliamentary elections has once again proved that the people are not in favor of any puppet government, he said. He has assured Rajiv Ganhdi that he would do his utmost to strengthen the unity of India.
