LA HABRA HTS: The IIGS will hold its 34th Sikh Youth Camp USA from December 26,1990 (Wednesday evening) to January 1,1991 (Tuesday morning) at the TIGS House, 1703 Hacienda Blvd, La Habra Heights, CA 90631. Through this 17th camp in the USS. IIGS offers yet another excellent opportunity to 60 young and adult Sikhs to get trained in one or more aspects of the Sikh Way of Life. Subjects offered (1) Shabad Kirtan or Tabla Playing (2) General Course in Sikh Fundaments (3) Gurbani (Paths) (Japji Sahib, Jaap Sahib, Rehras Sahib, Sawaiye, Sohila, Anand Sahib, Asu Di Vaar, Barah Mah, Nauven Mahele De Salok and Aarti), and (4) Punjabi Reading and Writing Additional: Turban tying.

Every camper must sign up for one of the four subjects mentioned above. All the campers will be given an overall training the Sikh Way of Life through the morning and evening Naam Simran, Path and Kirtan Dewan. However, emphasis will be on the main subject opted for.

Age Group: Residential 8 to 22 yrs; Nonresidential Adults above 22 yrs.
